b. 2002, New York, New York
i’m an undergraduate studying cognitive science, human-computer interaction, ethics, and public policy at Barnard College of Columbia University. I’m a self-taught design engineer, visual storyteller, media technologist, cultural worker, and multi-hyphenate enthusiast.

as a first-gen kid raised by a single immigrant mother and a WOC, I’m constantly moved by curiosity, innovation, opportunity, and growth. on campus, what's special to me is the JADE community, where my instructors took a chance on me as a first-generation college student to learn about product thinking, entrepreneurship, and navigating the professional world. i currently mentor first-year students of program, creating a web development curriculum emphasizing user interface and accessibility, and contributing to that cycle of creating more opportunities to underrepresented communities.

i’m passionate about product thinking, building community, and working with pre-seed ideas & underrepresented student entrepreneurs. I love delving deep into finding insights, validating early ideas, interviewing users meeting people and hearing their stories, & developing journey maps.

i was first exposed to coding                                         , designing and creating my own websites with HTML/ CSS, creating sparkly cursors and adding snowflakes and music players to my blog. i try to emulate and pay homage to my 10 year old self with this site, that's led to my passion for crafting interfaces now a decade later.
